Thread: New Droid Chassis with the Expansion?

Anyone heard if SOE plans to roll out any new droid chassis with the new expansion? I would like to finally see a chassis for a combat droid like a battle droid or a Droideka.

  1. Its way to early to know what is going to be published in the expantion, wait till a month or so is left to be released to know more.

  2. Unfortunently they have said that the new expantion is geared for high end combat characters.

  3. When asked what content was being added for crafters they said there be a few suprises. = +2 additional one use scematics

I am not optimistic on seeing anything new from this expansion, besides new loot for the combat classes to aqurie and have us craft for them.

I'm hoping they *finally* add in the YT-2400 ship.

But with regards to new droid chassis...I'll keep my fingers crossed, but I won't get my hopes up.

I think it would be rather hard to add things to the game in which an already existing profession would have to buy an expansion to build something. You should still be able to play the game without buying any expansions. But that is just what I think.

well the devs mentioned something about a major revamp to the droid engineer at the fanfest in leipzig, and that we should stick to the profession...


they havent said any details about it
