During a battle last night (Monday Sept 1), our forces were dewindling so i figure what the heck and pulled out my faction pets, Droid and creatures to help sustain our conflict. At this time our force was down to 6 players, and quickly found ourselfs against approx 40 of the opposing side. Needless to say even with the help of the few extra troops and an at-st we were hopelessly outnumbered.

Point and question is this, my Droid (Pre-nerf probot) died right along with my faction pets. Faction pets deleted themselfs out of the datapad as expected, but the probot droid (which did infact die) wasnt perma gone, infact it lost vitality just like a CH pet. Is this as expected, i was under the assumption that droids were still perma dead after a kill, yeah i was lying incap as the rebel force made sure to dispose of all of our pets save the at-st which by the luck of the draw our combat medic was able to save (Owner was super happy btw ).

If this is to be expected, my droid looses more vitality with future deaths, is there a way like CH to raise the vitality back up? maybe the repair kits?

its a "bug" that they don't always perma die.. granted the bug will be "fixed" when when droids no longer get perma death.

Just shows my luck i loose 3 probots two the preraid a few hours earlier (One of your guys came in with a spider named AT-ST.. was great for a laugh) And you get to keep yours.. oh well thats life.. makes it more of a challenge for me.

Well there goes my theory (and others) that permadeath was made to try to remove pre nerfed probots.. though if thats still the reason permadeath will never go away cause pre nerfed ones don't die..
