Hi forgive my question for I am noob.
but can I own as a marksman a droid or creature and use it as a pet, without the pettaming or droid taming skills ???

You may own 5 droids, which you can use 1 at a time and 4? pets one of which you can use at a time, as long as they are challange level 15 or less.

not really a answer to my question
Can I use droids and pets when I buy them without the Taming or Droid skills
example, I start a new and fresh character: And someone give me a droid (deed?), does that mean that I can use the droid without learning new skills ???

Yup! A freshly created character with no skills can use any droid in the game. Just TAME the deed and start PROGRAMMING it

ANYONE can tame and use a droid deed.
As far as pets are concerned, anyone can use a pet up to CL15, but a creature handler must tame it and train it for you.
