i've noticed that ahazi is DEVOID of any and all droid engineers, i was thinking about becomming one to help my guildies and because i like crafting and whatnot, but i want my items to be usefull, so my questions.....

5. is this a terribly long grind to do (i'm a casual gamer with a band and a job and friends, not a nerd)

4. do we get a lot of business, naturally i like helping friends but im no mirracle worker

3. do we have to always be ontop of certain recources (mining and finding recource vendors, and what recources do we need?)

2. will this drain up all of my time playing, between restocking, recources and whatnot?

1. do i have to master artisan and DE to be good? i naturally wanna master it to make smuggler bomb droids and whatnot but i like hunting with friends and doing things like geo-caves and stuff, is this a problem?

5. Not really. I'm told you can grind it in a day if you want. I grind pretty casually, and it took be about two weeks.

4. Maybe. There are days when I get nonstop tells from people who see my title or referrals, but a lot of time I'm only making droids for friends and guildies, so there's no money there I also don't stock things. I'm strictly a custom order guy, so I don't have any cookie cutter droids or some such on a vendor, and I don't advertise. So I'm sure I lose a lot of "business" there.

3. Depending on what you want to make, there are a few resources that are good to keep on hand that are good quality, but it isn't nearly as bad as say....weaponsmith.

2. As with number 4, it might The way I play, it doesn't take up too much time, unless I just feel like playing with it.

1. If you're not a master artisan, you'll want a number of suppliers of MA components. I get by just fine with only engineering IV, but I have three people who regularly make me a lot of memory and GP modules, because you burn through them pretty fast.
