"Advanced Droid Motive System - this requires a Specialized Crafting Tool."



What is a Specialized tool, and how do I go about getting one? Thanks in advance.

That means that it can only be made using a weapon/droid crafting tool. The generic crafting tool will not work. All crafting tools are craftable at the novice artisan level. Hope that helps.

also, the advanced motive systems I believe need a private crafting station (one of the big things you can put in your house, or a droid module oen). It is rather aggravating that they generally don't tell you that on the schematic, but some of the fan sites do.

ahh thanks i couldnt figure it out. Im stuck at home with only the forums to play with...its been a sad day since i left my computer thanks.


btw what all special resources should i start looking out for as a new de. is there a list some where already or?

Take a look at this thread. It has all the special resources we need to make certain items. We do need everything just about except for organics, but the specials are listed here.

Im new to the profession and was wondering what can be put in a defensive slot on a droid other than armor?

Nothing. The Defensive slot is basically the Armour slot.
