is there a FAQ or anything anywhere, that tells what stats on a resource are best for individual modules for DE.

mainly im just interested in crafting station stats, but stats for everything would be nice too.

Its called a schematic that you can access from your datapad. All relevant stats are listed in the schematics.

Besides crafting stations resource quality means absolutely nothing to DE's right now. Every piece you produce will have the same stats whether or not you use quality resources.

For example if you experiment on a lvl 6 item storage wether you use good resources or crap 10 items is the best you will get.
