A picture
And we're not required to provide one as a chassis. Now architects are droid engineers too
Sintrosi, can you start screaming loud and hard at the devs to get the schematics changed before this goes live. This has to be one of the biggest slaps in the face to DEs. One of those simple, simple things that they could have done to give us more market and they completely ignore us.

Agreed. Such a small, small gesture could mean so very much.

Agreed.
Though one might say the same about droid vendors in general. Conceptually though it makes no sense to have a droid come with a craftable item from a non-droid engineer. At least the droid vendors can be considered "hired".
Incidentally I couldn't see anything in that picture...too dark.
Are you sure there's a protocol droid there?

Yes, if you look on the right side of the image, below the engines of the shuttle. On the left, there's the green of the ticket terminal, on the right there's a small ramp and the droid at the end of it.

I'm not going to weep too much, the market for shuttleports is too small. I'd rather fight for droids that can be sold in volumes (e.g. consumable survey droids) than for a droid that's just a gesture.

When the correspondents were first asked to go over the City Devs idea for Cities a few months ago I actually brought this up. I was told it was a great idea, but as is allot of things it was kind of forgotten. I reposted anotehr message asking if we can have this in or not. I also asked for an answer i can bring back to you all.
As soon as I hear something I will let you know.

Thanks!
I don't know if it's related, but I seemed to get the status immediately after making my first-ever post on the architect board... Like the number of boards to which you've contributed is important.
