I may be doing something totally boneheaded, but I figured I check to see if anyone else is having the same trouble. Since the patch (I was able to do this successfully just yesterday) I cannot use my droid customization kit. I taget my droid, select "Use" from the kit as I did before, and absolutely nothing hapens. No palette window, no error message. This happens regardless of what type of droid I have targetted, regardless of location (I tried it in a city, in residence, and in a public building), and both to my own pets and the /consent'd pets of others. Is this happening to anyone else, or am I just overtired?
Thanks!

Hmm, have you tried re /consenting after the patch? And maybe the droid needs batteries, you never know with droids they require batteries for everything else so why not for getting the color changed?

Looks like it's just with droids made post patch. I can still color my old droids, and droids that people have from before the patch, but new droids don't seem to be colorable.

Not sure about that .. I could not paint a new droid nor an old one

Batleh is mostly correct. The Droid customization tool is not working on any droids that have been 'tamed' today, nor any droids that were not colorized before the patch hit Live. Only droids that have been previously colored can be colored at this time. This was /bugged while at the Test Center and I was informed by someone from SOE that the DEVs are aware of this issue, over the weekend on TC.

Unable to fully confirm live... I was able to colour an adv probot, crafted and tamed today. However, I was unable to colour regular probots, regardless of when they were crafted and tamed. I have yet to test it on other droid models.

Hot off the press. I just tested all of the droids that I have in my datapad on Test Center and so far, it looks like the issue has been taken care of with the last Hotfix. I'm guessing that this will hit Live in the next day or two

Do me a favor and check if the regular probots can be coloured?

I checked the following droids 1)an exisiting Probot, that couldn't be colored before the patch, 2) an existingAdvanced Probot that could be colored, 3) an exisiting Advanced Surgical Droid, that could not be colored 4) an existing Advanced BLL, that could be colored 5) an existing Advanced R2, that color wasn't working on, 6) a brand new MSE, 7) and a brand new Advanced LE repair droid. All worked as intended.

Ok, good testing. I'll have to run some more tests on live since the new adv probots are working fine. Need to track down which 'new' droids can't be coloured at this time. Tho, with the changes already on TC, it'll hopfully be moot soon enough on live.
