Hi I'm a master Artisan and a master DE. I am also trying ot open my force slot but to do this I have to drop one or the other of my professions. (neither one were a holo profession). I have to master musician for my first holocron. So, I am wondering how soon DE changes will take place? If it is going to be months I will drop DE since I make lots more money selling vehicles than droids. If it is going to be a few weeks (3 or less) I will keep DE and drop MA.

So, I am looking for a real timeline on when the new DE implementation will take place. Please help me with this!

Also I don't care who the new corrospondant is as long as we get one soon and he/she gets to work! Thanks.

we likely wont see any patch until february, and even then im sure it will be mid-late february

I've seen a few people saying this and I was wondering what these opinions were based on. The last I heard the January patch was going to contain the DE stuff. TH just posted last week that the DE stuff was going to go to TC very shortly right?

Thanks Nanbot. Unfortunately I also like to shoot so I have some pistoleer skills and don't want to have to work to get them again. I read the dev announcements today and they won't go to test center till after the 21st when the "suggestion" phase is over, so how long are things on test center before going live? I think I will be making a tough decision

Funny cause they "promised" January.

I think we may get some bug fixes in January, minor changes in Feb, and possibly real stuff in March.

yeah they keep promising. I think the reason everything keeps getting put off is that the devs really don't understand droids and their place in the universe. I think they are watching what we do and say, so that they can get a grasp on it. Cause if you think about it if you have enough money you could own unlimited amounts of droids and have 50 of them follow you around. That is, if we weren't playing a game, so I think they are trying to figure out what the right balance should be and so far haven't got a clue. Hopefully they will get it soon.

What everyone doesn't realize is that yes they said January, end of February for the live servers, but they forgot to mention one other thing. Theyment 2005 as the launch date.

So don't worry about a patch, they said they will try and get it in early.

Still waiting for the ground to feel cold.
