i was reading a merchant thread and saw a neat tidbit that someone kinda threw out with out explanation. here is my evolved idea.

Protocol droids could have a "business" module inserted into them. This module would allow a merchant (or anyone with a vendor or items on the bazaar) to track their inventory GALAXY wide! this module could also keep track of daily sales so that a merchant could see how much business they are doing each day. i just thought this was an excellent idea for the DE profession to become more involved in the game .
