Hello,

I'm a brand new Master DE, (yes, a holo!) ,......but i do like the profession and i will stick with it for a while, not ready to tackle Pikeman

Anyways, I was wondering what the experts considered as the best use of experiment points? Most of the time i have a choice of Durability,Quality and Effectiveness. So far in my short time as DE, Iv'e been spending mostly on effectiveness. If anyone can give me a clear explanation on what impact each experiment type has on the end results i would greatly appreciate it! Thanks Peyote, Master Pistoleer, Master Artisan and Now, Master D.E., Bring on the Combat Droids!!! W00T!!!

Signature.

Drashk... does probot experimentation actually work? I still see my experimented probots coming out with 810 HAM/820 HAM...

Click the blue text below my alt names. Sig is short for Signature, or a description for who you are.

Haven't checked in the last 36 hours, but I'll go out on a limb and say its still the same right now. I think Vass is kicking....I mean fixing the TC server right now, so I'm not sure if the new code has hit or not.

What I know:

The only thing worth experimenting is effectivness of a droid and its subcomponents. Effectiveness controls the HAM (although it is STILL capped at 820 for probots) and damage (my best Probot at 97% effective was 73-87 dam i think...).

So damage actually gets modded? Hmm... not very good because I market probots as tanks. LOL

Experimented subcomponents won't get you anything (check drashks night of 200 LE's post for the research on that, I'd link it but HTML hates me on these forums...). Only thing that counts at all is the resources used in the final assembly of the droid and the experimentation you do on the final droid.

Ackis,

I'm seeing the same. I build all my Probots from 'scratch' over the last few days. No change from the past stats.

It does. With 90 being the max (100% effectivness exp).
