Sorry I havent used the lvl 6 segments yet, two lvl 4 segs max out the resists which cap at 40%.

So I just use two of those, never had a need for lvl 5 or 6 segs.

I get mine for about 100c each, and I find that one level 6 armor piece is much cheaper then 2 level 4's or a level 4's and I can make it faster.

I think I paid 10500 for 201 segments in crates.

i got one for 1000 unit in trade for a sinthedic clothschematic for the armor smith so it was a good trade .. maby you could do the same with power conditionrs and energy distributers for therePSG units

I did even better than Ackis, but only because an old friend is a Master Armorsmith who I convinced to sign on and make me the segments. I got 201 also, for some reason, at a cost of 5701 credits

Taking a well-deserved vacation from his successful Droid Engineering business, Master Rho can be found puttering around the galaxy.

I've gotten 2 1000 schematics so far since becoming Master. The first I traded an R2 with storage and a Armor/Crafting station and the second one I 'bought' for 10k. Technically, both time the Armorsmith was going to give them to me, since I was able to answer a ton of questions for them, but I didn't get the reputation as beinga nice Bothan for nothing

I bought a schemetic from a Master Armorsmith for 5k.

I haven't done the costing, but its much simpler to make just one lvl6 armor than
2 lvl4 armors.

I only remember paying about 12 cr/per resource for them. If you know the schematic, you can figure out the cost, but I seem to remember about 12k for a crate of 50, when I finally found someone willing to do it.

Wow. That's way off the scale! Did the smithy put special "layers" into it? I don't think these are required. Can anyone confirm please?

Seems 50-100/segment is the going rate.
