Thread: I'm screwed Holocron told me to be a Master DE
To the person that told me to reroll my character and pick up Artisen so I could get the crafting tools - I hate you!
Well I started in the Artisen tree, and now the holo tells me to master DE. What's the quickest way to grind through this stuff? I'm hearing Steel and Fiberplast, is that it?

Im a master Artisan, Master DE and and have half of pistoleer with novice med, and some scout. So being a DE wont take away all your points. After the second or third blueprints box you get adv driod frames which need 150 steel and 70 fiberplast, its the first few boxes that really suck you will have to grind MSEs. I guess you can make seekers and probes and sell those. I was reading that someone did 2 or 3 professions that the holocron told them and nothing happened.

quitting all and want to go master DE just cause a freaking holocron tells you that?
good luck to you, but i wont skip everything cause of a silly little holocron, i would more likely hunt for other holocrons

me = Master Droid Engineer + Master Smuggler;
First holocron = Master Musician (cake). Can you say Dah dah dah.. dah dah dah... dah dah dah.. AFK ALL THE WAY!
Second Holocron = Master Combat Medic (not too hard, but had to surrender most of what I previously had).
Here's a tip to get Master Droid Engineer easy - save up 420k steel and 220k fiberplast. That's enough to burn right through on /practice in about... 24hrs (if done correctly).
Well having master artisain helps when your a de. But yes steel and fiberplast is pretty much all you need to master de.
If you just want to grind to DE for the Holocron - don't bother with Master Artisan. This only helps if you want to make most of the droids - if your intent is to drop DE and move onto the next holocron, just grind on MSE's, then advanced frames.

Ranxacka, don't feel bad, I mastered Tailor had intended on getting CH alittle and pistoleer alittle, then I picked up a holo like you and it told me to master DE, im in the same boat as you. I started as a medic though, i currently have no medical skills, had to give them all up for the other fun stuff 
currently im working on getting past novice DE onto atleast lvl 1 skills hopefully get over those quick enough. I am slowly lowering all of my combat skills to get MDE to see where I can go with my force sensetivity. Hopefully the DEVs may give some of us a brake and not make us master 5 different elite professions before telling the Jedi thing is broken, or atleast not currently available, that way we don't waste our time running all over the galaxy like children in a candy sotre. well anyway i will keep going with it as long as i can stand it.
