That might be a way to sell more (or any) droids...

That's a screenshot from a Factional Detachment Headquarters that they planned on releasing with the GCW revamp that was supposed to occur just after cities got in game.

That droid drink tray I've also seen in a couple promo videos for JTL. It was always piled in with the rest of the looted space debris so I have hope that if we can't build it it'll at least be loot. Might not give us something new to craft but it'll spark interest.

You can see it in the pirate bunker on Naboo, and various other NPC bases.
