Is it my imagination or is this lvl 19 droid less powerful than a novice marksman except for the fact it has higher HAM?

can a novice marksman do 182-191 damage at the speed cap? (.75s is really 1s i think)

That would be a fun series of test. Get a maxed probot up against a novice marksman and then progress the level of the player till the probot loses. Obviously no armor of buffs to the player.
