Greetings,

After being incapacitated for 5 months due to a house fire early this year, I am back and have decided to drop MDE altogether. It is just too little too late for me. Therefore, I am looking to clear a few things out. The following is a list of resources (some good, some grindage), and some DE/Artisan components. I would like to sell this all as a Lot, great for a DE or crafter, but we'll see what happens.

Everything is located in a small house on Lok just outside of Mesa De Venganza. If the entire Lot is purchased (which is preferable), I will transfer the house (including all contents) to the buyer.
