Ok this really has me wondering. I've been a MDE Since February and have sold just about every kind of droid. I hardly ever sell storage MSE's and have never had an order for one. I have been on vacation for the last 4 days <Disney World with the fam> And came back to 5 seperate orders from 5 seperate players over the last 4 daysfor multiple storage droids. I think I have to make 15 to fill the orders. Is there something going on that I missed while I was out? or is this just a wierd coincidence?

hard to say. i think as a general rule players are just more aware of droids and their features since publish 7 an publish 8. another possibility is that they are looking for a place to hide their sliced items from the imperial scanners. it is rumored that sliced items are not detectable if they are stored in a droid at the time of the scan. but that feature was added prior to february I believe.

Jedi's cannot wear backpacks with their robes. Many are buying storage droids to make up for this.
There are at least a couple hundred Jedi on each server, far less DE's, so you should pick up some business.

Yea I made a killing advertizing "Jedi Specials" starting 2 weeks before the patch. All they were was 5 MSE storage droids

Another possibility...
With the recent dev announcements, many people are cancelling and leaving the game. Some people may be buying more storage because they need the added space to pick up items from their fully-decorated houses (if they plan to possibly come back).

I don't think people leaving the game is an issue, I know a lot of people online and not a single one has left.

I am glad I did a run of MSE storage droids! Someone came by and bought 15 of them at one time!

MSE storage droids have always been a fast seller for me as people do tend to buy up to 5 or more at a time.

Yes, they do stack.
But I'm not sure 2 level 3 = 1 level 6.
That's too easy math for DEVS.
When I need money, make a bunch of 10 item storage and put them for 6K on the bazaar of coronet.
They're gone in a day or 2 max.
But I'm not sure 2 level 3 = 1 level 6.

are storage modules stackable (like two level 3 = 1 level 6??)
well, I know that two unexperimented Level 4 modules equals one Level 6.
But then again, that takes up two slots in the droid so I prefer to go with level 6'ers myself.

If you experiment on the 3's, they'll stack to a level 6. Otherwise it will only do as good as a level 5.
Onething you can do is stack a 3 and a 4 together, so that you'll get the equivalent of a level 6 without having to waste resources on a second level 4 (not that it's wasting a WHOLE lot...
).
