Thread: Taking a Break... (sort of)

Well... having been a Master DE for quite some time, I seem to have hit a wall where I have enough credits to do whatever I want... but don't really have anything I want to do. I have grown weary of dealing with all of the issues surrounding our mostly busted/bugged profession and tired of watching people abuse using an AT-ST which is a thousand times stronger than our original Probots which the game developers felt were so over-powered that they were nerfed into oblivion. So... lately I havebeen taking a break.

Actually... I created a character on the Test Center. This new character is a pistoleer/CH and I must say... the actual 'playing' of the game has been more enjoyable than ever. I even joined a faction (my main character is neutral) on the Test Center and that alone added a whole new dimension.

My suggestion to anyone else that just doesn't look all that forward to logging in these days... start a new character on the Test Center. Many of the areas are veritable Ghost Towns ... it's very very easy to get credits these days as a start-up character *cough* Artisan Missions *cough* and you can actually spend your time running around adventuring the galaxy as opposed to running around surveying... sampling... selling... etc.

Anyways... this is not meant to be one of those disgruntled DE postings... I've just been a very active voice here on this forum and wanted to explain why you may not have seen me around as much lately. I hope they can get around to fixing alot of our profession (beyond more nerfing ... i.e. storing pets in droids) and maybe even adding more to it (i.e. combat droids). In fact... I trust that they will so much that I simply refuse to surrender my Artisan and DE skill points... which is basically why I've hit a wall.

Hang in there... and if you visit the test center look me up...
