Mine keep going dead.Is this yet another bug that has slipped by my notice?

I am having no problem with them, what do you mean by going dead? The droids you make lose their medical rating?

Probaly because another droid with a surgical droid is in a certain radius near you. Its like multiple crafting droids cancelling each other out. I didnt the medical bots had this issue until i saw it tonight for myself.

If you are no longer able to use the droid, sounds like the batteries ran out. Power it up with a battery, and try again.
