Probably just more MSEs or Manipulator Arm Package Sets (if you can land enough Extrusive)....
I caution that if you want DE (to keep it) that you stop thinking about the grind and have fun on your way up. The hologrind is now gone so you can play your 'game' and not focus on each tree. Check out the forest more and you'll enjoy the ride some (so it doesn't feel 'grindy').

Respectfully,
I'd beg to differ :-) With all due respect, but until they fix the "crafted items are worthless unless you're a master" design and mentality, the grind will continue to exist. Many will still see it as necessary to grind to master before they even try to "be" a crafter.

*snorts* I've sold lots of lesser droids. Remember, with Droids, only very few things quality does matter. Single Unit crafting droids sell well priced right, and for some bizzar reason, even lesser quality Med units sell.
You won't be crafting the crazy piles of features, but you can craft a quite useable droid and sell it for a fair price.

At 3001 Novice Droid Engineer, the door to sales opens up pretty wide. At this point in a DEs career, he/she is able to produce a max storage or medical Adv MSE that can easily sale for 2-5k on most servers. At 3202, another door opens up for the Novice DE with the ability to craft an Adv R4 with a max medical or storage and either a W/G/D station or a Food/Chem station. All of this can be done without the need of a factory or specificly named resources. If you were to craft a few dozen Adv R4s, in no time flat you will be able to train up again without having to grind and still being able to make a few credits in the process.
I think that many people forget what it is like to just hang out in a Cantina or Med Center during 'peak hours' on a server in a static city. These are usually the best places to find the Novice Medics, crafters and combat types that would be interested in buying a rather useful droid.

True...the hottest selling droids I make now can be produced by non-master DEs.
