I bought a butler driod. Well i thought i did. the owner did not tell you that it was just a shell. So now what do i need to get this thing to work in my house?

The shell will not do anything till it is made into a whole droid. Then you have to call it out when you want to see it. He sold you a decoration for the most part. You can drop it and it stays there doing nothing.

My friend says theres a way for a droid to heal its own battery power and others? im not a droid engineer so i wouldn't know. Is there a way to do that?

Not battery power but droids can heal white damage with an AUTO repair module and black damage with a regular repair module. The only type of battery thing that droids can do is a power droid can recharge other droids but the power droid itself takes batteries. Recharging takes only %10 of a power droids battery, no matter how depleted the droid being recharged is.
