First is useless.

Second one is certainly worth something, no idea on the price, but it's worth something.

Personally, I would find both CA's (Assembly and Experimentation) worthwhile... It's the Complexity and (something else) that's wortheless...

Assembly would have helped me from not failing a combine on two BLL's before I made a third...

Experimentation is definitely nice to use on most modules that can get multiple benefits (eg, ISD).

If anything, 10k each is the normal for a 1pt SEA on my server from what I have seen... sometimes 30k.

+1 Clothing attachments are falrly common but still worth a few credits. Try posting the same question on the the trade boards of your server, since the people there have a better uderstanding of your particular galaxies economy.

Both are worth some.

Compared to Droid Customization and Droid Complexity which do not serve much purpose at all.

Consult your local trade forum or your server DEs for advice / help.

The problem with +1 tapes is that you can't build a +25 suit using them. So they don't go for mouch, at +3 the price jumps a lot. Those are liek 10-20k on Scylla.
