I know you need advisting 4 from merchant to use it but I am wondering after you set the barking on the driod, and you drop advisting 4, store your driod and call it again, will it still bark?

You need Adv IV for the merchant barking option on the radial to appear. So, to answer your question no.
It will however still have the waypoint in it.
