Decisions Decisions
OK heres a few idea's what i make on chimera.
All 6 effect entertainer droid or 1 playback 5 effects - note not a real high seller but some entertainers / rp'ers luv them.
All crafting stations (4 modules), 10 item storage, med 110 droid. Bit of an all round crafting beast. Have been know to switch the med110 module to a merchant barker. (Custom made this before with just 1 combat module -105 rating - for a crafter who wanted a bit of protection when he was out by his factories).
6 module harvesting Adv R3
Of course theres is the 6 module Adv R3 bombs - more of a treat for bh's who hunting Jedi or doing PvP.
There are so many combinations when your there and look at it but it all depends on what people are looking for, I stock mainly combat, tanks, entertainer, harvesting and crafting droids in the Adv R3 chassis. Ok they not flying of the shelf but it does allow me to do other things as im a Masterswordsman - novice med for PvE.

One way to come up with ideas is to think about each profession first, then think of what would be useful to them. I make advanced R2s with all crafting stations and storage, and I also make my SuperCrafter R3s with the crafting stations and item storage, plus data storage. I also offer different smaller droids with one crafting station, along with item storage, and call it my "Architect's (or Tailor, Weaponsmith, etc.) Apprentice." You might also try making a "Hospital Droid" with food/chem crafting, medical, stimpack dispenser, item storage, data storage, and then maybe a combat module (making it a M*A*S*H* droid) if it's an R3.

Make them into detonation droids with power over 50 if you can swing it. You'll sell out before you know it. (Sell them in crates of 5). All of the above suggestions are good, too, but you'll sell slower. Up to you, of course. ![]()
Also, make sure in your Tanking R3's that you're using AUTO-Repair modules, and not just repair modules. Hopefully you just mistyped that. ![]()

Here is what i do. The ADV R3's, i only use for maxed out harvester, combat, or detonationdroids. For other things i use a variety of droid modelswithminiumal module combos. THis serves two purposes, first you have a selection of droids for the customer, i carry everything from Binary load lifters down to your basic surgical droid. Secondly, why put everything in one droid unless asked. We have a hard enough time with customers coming back as it is. Definitely have variety in your droid model options, this will go over well with customers.

Very good point. If you put everything in 1 droid. They won't need another. Never thought of it that way.
And thank you very much guys for you suggestions should help me out alot.

with 85 chassis available... I would do some of the following:
6 detonation (in crates)
make a couple... maybe five 6 effects entertainment droids (you woint have to restock for a while probably)
110% med module and 5 stim modules (this does decrease the time duration, doesnt it?)
1 combat module and 5 auto repair modules
all four crafting stations and a lvl 6 item storage

With R3 chassis, I would agree that CH droids would be a good batch to make. Also, make medical models. I make batches of about 100 R4s with MCR 110, food/chem and item storage for 30k and they sell out in a couple weeks.

All my exploding droids sold in the last 3 days, as did most of my medic R2, R3 and Adv. BLL. I cant keep my vendor very far over 100 droids. They started to fly off the shelves this week.
