Ok, so I looted a skill tape while touring for site badges... The tape was a +1 droid complexity. I dropped it into a multipocket belt, and put it on. Then I went and looked at my skills screen, to see what effect it had. Listed under the stats on the right was: Droid complexity +0/+1. When I hovered my mouse pointer over it, it popped up that little explanation box that you get, when you hover over a stat. Supposed to tell all about the stat. The box said "This is an erronious statistic" or some such. That was the gist, anyway. It definitely used the word erronious. I went and looked at all theboosts granted in the various boxes, and found that Droid Complexity is not one of them. I had assumed it would cut the finished product complexity, thus making a crit fail less likely. So my question is, what does this tape supposedly do? Make my droids more complexto build? (I am not wearing the thing, until I know at least)

Obsolete skill...no longer within the droid crafting system as an available bonus, as you noticed.
Original function was to lower the Complexity, making failures less likely and factory runs quicker.

You never know, the Emperor's new crafting proposalmay include complexity again. I would keep it safe for the time being just incase.

Droid speed is a skill for bounty hunters when using investigation. This is not to be confused with the illegal substance that droids take when they go to rave weekends
Kindest regards,
Karlie.
