unless you want to waste a lot of time, you need to produce crates of every part.

To do so you'll need 1000s of EMM, GP Modules, and hundreds of Control Units. Also a Microsensor for every probot.

Past that, core componetns; sensors, (advanced)motive systems, (advanced) brains, arms, frames

The modules are optional, but its a lot easier to pull them from a crate than to spend the time crafting with a customer standing over your shoulder.

As it is building an advance chassis & deed will still take about 3-4 minutes with a customer waiting and thats with everything prebuilt.

Got to agree, Just did a run of 1k Memory and 1k GP Modules. 500 control units and Started Adv Brains and Motive systems. Just contracted two master artisan Tailors to start making more Memory and GP Modules and control units to help me out and make a few credits for themselves. (starving Tailors in need of lovin too) But I degress.

Once you get Master DE, you'll begin to hate the phrase "Requires 3 identical Electronics Memory Modules from a factory crate."

That's why when I got master DE, I got the resources and spent two days making crated level 6 socket clusters, and just the other day made individual crates of inventory, data, and medical modules, just so I could reduce the amount of time waiting for the EMMs to finish being manufactured when the GP modules were done an hour previously.

I made a crate of my best selling R2 Advanced last night because I'd rather lose one set of components to a manufacturing schematic that run the risk of more than one crit fail in the course of making and experimenting on five of them.

...and also because I was curious.

So yes, make crates of everything you possibly can.

I'm wanting to get some factory runs done in anticipation of hitting master and in getting started with stocking up on the resources I will need as a DE.

Whats the most common sub-component, and does it matter what resource quality I use to make them, in that will it affect the outcome of the final droid whether or not I use good or bad resources?

most common subcomponent is probably memory modules or GP modules. After that, probably sensor modules and brains.
