Thread: Droids increase xp gained?

I recently read a post that having any droid out during combat will increase xp gained. Is there any truth to this?

My understanding is that having a droid pet grouped will increase the xp gained... and that the same is also true of having a critter pet grouped.

Should Sony and Lucas Arts be worried? (15000 users * 5 accts = ~$13MIL in potential lost gross annual revenue) If I were the CEO for either LA or SOE, I would certainly be worried.

If you are grouped with a droid, you will recieve a 33% increase in combat exp, whether the droid does any damage or not. And as of publish 8, you now recieve the same amount of resources when grouped with a droid, as you do solo, when you harvest resources off of a creature.
