Thread: Improvement to droids I'd like to see
Many times I've been in combat with my Probot and Creature pets when the Probot would stop firing because it's low on power. Well it only gives a system message abotu this that only appears in the chat box. Since i don't like all the system message spam I have them in their own chat tab.
When my Creature are hungrey this is displayed as an emote. So I see this. What I'd like is to have the Droid low power message change to an emote so we can see it since even when on the combat tab most folks will have spatial and group as part of the combat spam.
Alternately, and my favorite idea, put a flashing battery icon next to the droid's name on the group HAM bardisplay to indicate it's low on power. Then if I miss the message during combat I'll most likley see the flashing icon.
Or, they could use the mind bar to indicate power level since power droids repair that anyways.
Acutaly it does a kind of custom emote when its low power..
a text message showing *low power* rises above thier head when they need a recharge. Actualy one of the nicer things about DE, something that ISNT directly copied from CH.
