Thread: Droid Permadeath question
Can someone explain to me droid perma death?
A friend gave me a probot a while back and said not to use it because of the permadeath. I asked what it was good for, he said nothing - that's why he's giving it to me. It has around 3k HAM on it. I've since heard that droid permadeath was removed?
Sorry if this is a stupid question. I know nothing about droids (obviously)
Permadeath is a non-issue these days. Use and enjoy your droid.
Just watch out for dropping vitality. I hear tell that bio-engineered vitality packs can help this, but I haven't tried it m'self.
Nope, no permadeath (although NPC droids can still die).
Note that enough incaps/deathblows and your droid will become a shell of it's former self, eventually degrading to 25% effectiveness.
But it won't 'die'... Though you may want to get a new one in a few weeks.
Anyway to heal your driods ham?
you used to be able to if you were a medic, but now you cant.

All you need to do is find a fairly experienced DE. He/she should be able to fix your droid good as new.
