It's actually a nerf though, 'no droids will have any armor unless added in crafting'. I guess some droids had some inherent armor... well no more *sigh*

well well... like armor do any difference on a 40 HAM droid...

Wouldn't it be cool if we could actually SEE armor on the droid? Imagine what an armor-plated R2 would look like

What I would like to know is how come they have no problems spending time with fixing customization for Armorsmith, but not with DE. I'm dissapointed with what little impact, their "attention" actually had on the profession. Was anyone here using an R2 with no armor as a tank? How come they are fixing problems that aren't problems?

The only thing I can think of and hope is that this small tweak/nerf/fix whatever you wish to call it is the first step on the road to fixing the problem with probot armor that seems to appear and disappear at a whim.

From an armorsmith (and soon DE). The armorsmith bugs sounded a lot easier to fix than the DE bugs. From the sounds of it, 1 person dug around and made the armorsmith fixes (2 sections of the customization code and a few schematics). I imagine severallarge changesare instore for DE, I don't think a few code fixes will suffice. Be patient, the warm fuzzies when they finally fix things is worth the wait.

If I'm not mistaken, the DE Dev and the AS Dev are the same person. I'd rather have that Dev fix a few of the other 'smaller' issues in another area now, so thatthis person can give us their fullattention that we deserve, which would seem that its going to take a lot of attention on his/her part....
