Droid Engineer Archive

Well guys ive decided to give up a lot to do this. I have been pretty much everything but this. Back in the day i was going straight for de no doubt but i met a guy named oseb. Were on the gorath server. He was wounded in battle so i healed him. Didnt know who he was. He invited me to join him at a gathering on tatoonie(sp). I joined him. He said Aerelis this is duff-man he healed me in battle and hes becomming a DE so he can help out our new rebel guild RAID. I was thrilled. I knew no one in game and a person was willing to be my friend. I dont have many friends in real life due to my lack of leaving my computer. lol anyways back to the story. So i grinded up to engineering 4. Man that took a lot out of me considering this was in augest when school was starting at my university. So i started grinding with bone chest plates. I got a good amout of xp in when a friend asked me to make him armor and i said i can make only bone and he said well if u can ever make good comp. give me a call and ill make you rich. So my eyes widen'ed and i started up the path of greed for money. I took armorsmith and got to 1-0-0-0 when i relized i could make more money doing missions becuase i was broke. So i gave up my art. I began doing may other classes to try to become wealthy but never found my way. I was about a 1-0-2-3 BH and a 3-3-0-3 CH before patch and i got the word of vehicles so i got greedy once again. I Gave up almost all of my skills to go master art....I got it in about 2 days. I only made about 555k on patch day due to resource shortage.

A day later i decided it was time to get away from my greed and try and do something i would enjoy. Im a 0414 Smuggler now and its ok. I dont have it in me though. Im not happy and will not be happy until i can be what i bought this game for. I want to be a Droid Engineer. So im not sure were to go from here. Be as a Rebel or Netural or what not. But i know i want to be a de. I have enought back gen. crafting xp to pretty much take all the way from novice art to novice de. Im going to enjoy it. I have 4 holocrons a force crystal but i dont think ill ever need them. I think ill sell them to buy some resources ill need being a de or if i ever take up another crafting class. Maby some of architect but thats in the future. So i guess ill be looking for a future when school starts in a week from tonight. Im gonna try and make the deans list so i can stay at the university cause last semesters grades sucked and being a micorsoft professional i need better grades than a 2.5 gpa. Well i guess gorath isnt so badd. Theres a lot of talk of people leaving and gcw stuff about exploits and cheeting about bases being stoped and what not but thats not swg to me ill still be in the war but i dont know where i stand atm. I know im gonna need some help from you guys so pls no flamming or what not. Thanks for everything guys. And for xmas i got a 2nd account so im exicted lol.

Well, to help you start off on the right foot. Your gonna need some metal and fiberplast. Start off by grinding MSE droid until you get Blueprints 2, then get a lot of steel, and more fiberplast and grind Adv Frame Units until Master Droid Engineer. I spent a little of 1 mil credits getting all the resources to Master DE, and bought some of the more rare resources that we need for the more adv stuff.
