Droid Engineer Archive

I have either a +4 or +5 Droid Precision skill tape. What does this do? I have never seen an Armor Precision tape, so I don't think it has to do with crafting. Is it Precision for aiming for combat or what? Also, what would you expect it to sell for?

It's a BH skill tape and aids BH's in their skills.
