Thread: Another new DE

I'm trying to learn DE and it's been fun and frustrating. Thanks to my husband I have a Master DE. Now I have to learn it all. I'm finding it really interesting and want to learn it well.
I'm working on learning all the parts and what they do. But I keep seeing the word harness and I can't find harness in any of my component items. What does harness mean in some of the components?
Sorry for being a master n00b that everyone dislikes. But I have a husband that can grind anything in just a day or two. I decided on a DE and the next day I logged in and was a master. So please, help?

This one caused me some grief too early on. I learned just to ignore it. If what you are looking at says something like Module Harness, that is just the place where a given module goes.

PS that was nice of your husband, but I don't think he did you any favors 
there is a lot to digest about DE, and lots of little quirks. Having it all dumped in your lap is probably not good.
