What did you use to make the assembly line?

The assembly line was constucted with the help of SYN Architect, Aff. He made me two food/chem stations (naming them "Frame Spray" and "Polish Coat"), and a handful of Structure components (named "conveyor"). And thats all there is. I just lined them up.

Since I hadthe conveyor turn a corner and go into my workshop, I added a Cabinet unit as a doorway "through" the wall. (with a corresponding entrance into my workshop)

I suspended a couple of droid components near the crafting stations (named "SCOMP link" and "Intellex IV Hyperdrive Coordinates"), and put a box of "restraining bolts" on the floor near the end. Added a few worker droids, an R4 unit in various stages of completion, and done!

I went through the SW Essential Guide to Droids book and jotted down dozens of droid-related terms, and whenever I craft (or have crafted) a decoration, I try and name it something related to droid parts, construction, cleaning, etc. This gives me plenty of clutter in my workshop and some fun twists on otherwise boring components.

If you're interested, I can post more pictures of those items as well.

I have to say those are very clever arrangements. It is the way I envisioned my home when I first started DE. I have a lot of work to do now

I make all my droids by hand! How dare you try to pass off mass produced "assembly line" droids.

Shame on you. Have you no respect for craftsmanship?!?

J/K Seriously, cool shop. I love to see great ideas like these. Nicely done.

First, Very cool, is the pathing on the hovering driods better than the grounded driods?

How do you get factories in your house, I can only place mine outside. I would show you the picture of my driod shop but I dont know how to post pictures, plus who wants to see a picture of the inside of my back-pack?

I don't have fancy assembly lines or elevated droids, but I like it simple. It's a shame I went through all that and am now considering retirement...
