Thread: Thunder I know you needed the weekend off but when will we get the update?
I wont argue in the least to take a weekend off, But its thursday, we expected an update sat. Could we at least get some kind of clue as to what is going on.
Seriously JustG asks us to help him help us, but then we here nothing at all.
A little communication is all it would take to relieve half the hostilities of the professions.
So could we get what we were promised: An Update?

We aren't going to get an update until after next year. DE's are such a small portion of SWG, errrr... I mean SWP (Star Wars Pets) right now that they aren't going to listen to a small band of people. We didn't get an update with this last patch, so I'd say about the middle of next year is when we'll see an update. Fortunately for me, I will be gone by the next one.
I think Sinnare meant an information dump from Thunderheart, not a patch....
Its my hope that he is working so hard on the updates to the profession and that he is waiting till all his updates are confirmedand able to be implemented before he makes promises thatthe devs maynot be able to keep.
For TH or anyone to take a critical look and then begin to apply fixes to this profession will not be an easy fix. I am sure the more they dig into our issues the more they find in how diffucult it will be get us up to the speed thatthey plannedfor this profession to be.
I am confident therants and complaints of the DE's as well as the other professions in this game have not fallen on deaf ears. I have seen many positive improvements in this game since launch and I knowmany more are coming. And I am sure those improvements over the next couple of months will be directed at the use of droids and amount of droids in this game.
In addition, if TH were to come here with information that was exciting for us, but turned out to be wrong we all know he would be roasted over the endless ranting coals.
I will say it again, I am sure he is working diligently with the devs to bring us an accurate and well thought out plan for our profession and a reasonable timelime that we will see our profession become what we all dreamed it would be.
