I can still call out my lvl 15 Gurreck pet that still has the same HAM and attack as it always did. BUT, I can't have my probot out at the same time anymore.

They raised the rates of vendors, so now I am not even sure I can make enough each week to pay for the **edit** things.

I am seeing bidding wars for a stinking Kudu (or whatever that duck billed bird thing is) in the middle of town going up to 100K for a **edit** ridable mount.

And to top it off I don't see any kind of probot 'boost' like was mentioned. The thing is just as crappy as it was before.

Who got screwed this patch yet again???

We've been hurt this patch in that we can't have both a creature and droid out at the same time anymoreandthe lvl 10 limit for non CH creatures hasn't been put in effect....once word of this gets out there will be a big dip in probot and battery sales.

NPC vendors now have a maintenance rate which, although not bad, is there. This hurts all merchants, not just DEs. I hope people log in in time to see it's in effect and not find they've lost the vendor and everything in it...

I am soo close to thinking the same way you are. I want one more reassurance from Thunderheart that we are going to get fixes and some kind of timeline. If I don't see that with in the next 2 weeks I am hanging up my droid tools as well.

I would have left as well but instead what I am doing is like taking a vacation. I packed up my shop that didn't sell droids anyways and all my harvesters. Im going to keep DE and my shop, and place it all again when DE is fixed. Then ill make master and sell some useful stuff. In the mean time I have been exploring. I went to dantooine and found some ruins thay were cool looking and a cave with a jedi in it behind a waterfall at the ruins....cool stuff like that. Next I plan to go to Yavin. I havent died yet but eventually i prolly will. Who cares....thats what insurance is for or whatever....umm cloning yeah. this is my strike and vacation all in one and i think it will be a good thing. relieve some stress and bitterness. Im killing some imps doing reb missions, socializing and i think it will do us all a lot of good. Well thats what I do and i recommened it. Dont give up eventually we will be fixed and then we can resume and have fun crafting real droids.

Well, this is an old post. There is no problem with taking out a creature and a droid at the same time And those mounts going for 100k are now down in the 15-30k range. Still selling way better than any Droid, but we're used to that by now. lol

I also think of quitting DE, but thenI remember what brought me to this profession in the first place: DE is one of the coolest crafting professions in SWG, conceptually anyways. We're like Bioengineer/Creature Handlers with Droids. Yes, we're broken, blah blah blah, but we do build the most customizable items out there! In my experience, most customers hold DEs in high regard (not to be confused with their opinions about Droids, lol!). Many people know how difficult, and somewhat arcane, our profession is to master, and generaly respect that.
