How about a droid with a bazaar module and a bank module. Where I play, people will just run around places all day, peddleing their wares. However for example, guys like rescource sellers, always have to go find a bank to retrieve their stuff to sell it to you. Also, for those of you that have a store, those are great and all but why not bring your store to town where the people are. I think something like this would fit really smoothly into the game cause the whole game isnt just spending all of your time grinding through the skill tree. It would be a fun way to roleplay also.
