I have to say you picked the right time to duck out. You missed one hell of a blow up on the DE boards. We are back in a serious lull now...probably from severe "too much Dev speak" burnout.

One thing hasn't changed, though...

The manner in which the devs are expressing their "love" for DE's.

Glad you are back Sin! I hope your hiatus was a relaxing one!

It has been hectic here and Drashk has been doing a great job holding down the fort.

Here is the summary of events since you left:

Chefs got fixed.

DEs didnt get fixed.

Devs told us why certs cant work and offered very vague solutions.

Binary Load Lifters now can have modules.

Hope that helps!

Droid Wars

Episode 2

After winning a fruitless victory against the evil Development Team the remaining Droid Engineers went into hiding. The hope that had been kindled was, possibly for the last time, put out due to the losses the community sustained. Meanwhile the Development Team retreated to thier lairs for but a moment and returned with the purpose of starving the last few Droid Engineers into cooperation. Hope is dim indeed, for the Droids of the galaxy....

But seriously though, we won a phyrric victory against the devs. The losses were so high you wouldn't beleive Sinostri, and Drashk changed his mind on the whole issue right as we had seemed to be winning for a moment which plunged us right back into the thick of it. Many have followed your flight from here and, as much as I want to stay for the space expansion, I may be to.

Hey Sin! How in the world are you?

We're not doing so well at the moment. After the largest explosion of DE posts we're currently all burned out on forum talk. Its a quiet time right now as we wait for the next Dev post to give us fuel. A lot of us have quit or are on the verge of doing so. We've had the Devs putting words in our mouths, offering us stuff, taking stuff away. Its been brutal.

Drashk has been doing a fantastic job. Some of us may not agree with some of his personal opinions, but as Correspondant hes definatly doing a fine job

You forgot that we got asked for a workable certificate solution and each one offered is rejected out of hand. Then we get described as whiny, greedy who all want to be UBER combat players with out paying any skill points.

The good news is TH seems to be getting frustrated with us, if we keep it up he may quit and we get someone effective.
