Try naming the structure.
I think there is a bug for off planet structure if the name is still the default name.

Also, always remove a structure from the list BEFORE undeed the structure.

Hmm, I haven't had this problem. I am able to maintain structures on Tatooine from Corellia for example, which is the extent of my experimentation with this module. I have named my structures as SharkBoy mentioned but I don't know if that has anything to do with it. To answer your question, you should be able to maintain structures across planets.

OK, I have an R2 unit with a structure maintenance of 9. I was told that it could maintain up to 9 structures, and that I didn't need to be on the same planet as the structure for the droid to do its maintenance run. I have three structures, and have already gone to the terminals in each structure and set the droid to maintain them (and in fact, all three structures come up when I click on edit list). However, I pulled the droid out on two different planets (I don't have any structures on these planets) and I get the following message: "There are no structures on this planet that this droid can maintain. You must first travel to the planet the structure is on before performing a maintenance run". **edit**?

Is this how maintenance droids are supposed to be? I mean, if I got to be on the same planet as the stupid droid to do the maintenance run, I may as well do it myself and save me the cost of the droid. If anyone can tell me how a maintenance droid is SUPPOSED to work, I would greatly appreciate it. For all I know, this could just be the devs screwing something up with their new patch. Like I said, ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

The three structures are still up and running, and they all have different names (not the default they have when you first set them up). Thanks for that information, though. Something to keep in mind for the future

BTW, tried it again today with the same result, so it wasn't a server hiccup.

He has all the structures named custom.

I've tried testing with my droid, but alas I did remove a strcture before taking it off the droid list. Is my droid worthless now? I can't get the Edit List or Maintenance Run options to open up at all anymore. Is that the bug that it creates?

Yes, your droid is worthless now.

This bug is the reason most of the DE don't build those modules anymore, or only in MSE.

You can make a ticket, you'll then learn 'it is a known issue, and they are working on it but nothing can be done for you sorry'...

I personnaly only do it when I get an order and explained all the bugs.
