I'm an aspiring DE not there yet but I'm working on it. This is a second toon and I'm not a holo grinder my other toon is a MBH and I've had that toon since the servers were given life for this game. With that said what is the most consitent form of income for DE's? Also how much do you charge for bounty droids (Arakyds)?
thx for your help.

On average...
Seekers 1500c, Probe 2500c
Crated 7500c and 12500c respectively.
I tend to sell out of my BH/Seekers when I have them on, but then there are days nothing sell.
One day, I sold out all my explosive mice (5 MSE), remade them, and they are still sitting there 2weeks later.
Mostly, I try to go for Custom sales, but even then, I don't get closures, 'cos they change their mind - after the droid is made.
Premade droids might do well... especially for aspiring medical people (set up a droid with a 110 Med mod, and Food/Craft station, and if room, Stim-A dispensers).
Of the crafting professions, the droids are more customizable than most and the varieties can only be limited by your imagination.

Well we have a huge variety of stuff to sell. I sell a crate of 5 seekers for 10k and probe droids for 15k.
I tend to sell: surgical droids- 50k
droid battery crates- 7.5k
Tank R3s- 85k
Adv. probots- 50k
crafting station MSEs- 10k
Protocol droid- 100k
I also will do custom orders and Ive never had a problem with ppl buying them. If i made a custom order for someone and they ended up not buying it they would be blacklisted from my shop.
One other tip: My sales are much higher when i spam the starport.

thanks for the reply,
When should I use higher quality resources and what should I build with these resources (Chasis, components or both)?

Yes, use the best resources you have for many of the modules that are not affected by quality (L6 storage, L6 Medical, L6 Data, Seekers, Probes, brains, chassis, dsp, ma, adms etc etc - I think)
Things like Stim-A dispensers, detonation, survey droid, combat, repair, and such... You want to use high quality materials... If anything, try not to go below 800. not easy, but at least you would have a good quality item when you fully maximize the experimentation.
The final combine to make the deed, use chemical at least 950+ for the most HAM results.

I sell a lot of harvesting droids. Usually DZ70s with a harvest mod, a combat mod and armour 3 (or just 2 harvest mods). Sells for around 12k. Always pitch them, not for the harvesting bonus (as I can't make high rating ones yet), but for the fact you can carry on fighting whilst the droid harvests. Really handy in big hunting groups. Also has an okay HAM and can tank lower end creatures. Handy little starter droid for a scout.
I'm a non master DE, and I don't want to grind, so it's a good way to make money out of the lower end droids and when you can't make the best stuff.

I fins that Medical Droids (R2s with 110 Med, 10 Item Storage, Food & Chem Craft and 2 Stim dispensers) well pretty well, also R3 harvesters with 6 Harvesting modules. People love em as they can harvest more than the player.
Combat Droids and Tank Droids are also fairly popular. Another good seller is batteries & Repair Kits.
I usually only stock 4types - R3, R2,LE Repair & Probotas with these 3 you can make any model that is required.
