Anywhere from 5k to 40k or more depending on what type of droid you want. Low end droids like the advanced mouse can hold that and are cheap except for the modules themselves. High end droids like the advanced binary load lifter or the advanced R3 or an advanced protocal droid can also hold those modules but are quite a bit more expensive. Also prices vary between galaxies, so what galaxy you are on makes a difference. And prices also vary between droid engineers on the same galaxy. Just depends on how much you want to spend.

and many (most?) DEs won't waste their time making a mouse droid for high level modules. I just don't make mouse droids anymore unless it's a chef wanting just a food crafting station.

So, well if you want a lvl 6 module, only a master droid engineer can build it, since they don't need any more exp, they'll charge you for their time, some people value their time more or less depending on the mood they are

6k for mouse up to 40k for protocol/r3 crafting droid or something like that...
