Thread: whats the deal with naming droids?

cant we do this anymore the name simply becomes part of the command now. is this a bug or has that been changed?

If the name filter rejects it, it won't tell you. Just make sure the name fits the general name requirements, check the capitals, and try again.

The requirements I know of is:

- 25 characters for less
- No spaces
- No numbers
- Same naming restrictions as naming PCs (no iconic names, no bad language, etc.); doesn't have to be unique as far as I know...I named mine "Bob" to test it.

You also need to be careful with the filters. For example, I can't name a droid Assaulter because it has a bad word in it.
