Thread: Question about my new combat droid

I picked up a droid last night with 600 combat module rating in it, and I think it's decent.


2634 health

1.59 speed

0.0 to hit

48-245 damage


What I'm wondering is will its combat level of 10 count against damage when it fights creatures? I know that if it's grouped with me its damage mitigation will be that of level 80, but what about its damage dealing?

Droids don't really seem to play by the same rules as everything else... From what I've been able to tell, they are not impacted in any way by levels (no damage bonuses, no damage mitigations, etc).
