Thread: Okay, what does this mean?!

I know this might be better posted in the merchant forum or something, but most people here have vendors of their own anyways, and I'm a DE and post in this forum and am more familiar with the people here, so I feel it's appropriate...

When I go to my vendor and click "Use Vendor", it says "This market is unavailable". When I check status, my maintenance is all paid for (have like, 12 days worth paid for), and it says I have -1 items for sale. Which is b.s., because I have about 10+ droids that I've put up....

So now I can't access my vendor to put stuff up, take stuff down, or whatever. What the hell is going on?

from the sounds of it you did initialize your vendor? And placed some items on it already?

assume the answers are yes, there's a few things i'd suggest

1. /bug it. even if the next suggestions do fix the problem, /bug it as best you can

2. have you had a friend try and access yoru vendor?

3. log out and log back in.

Hey Nell,

Can you supply me with some more data, such as vendor location, planet, server and any other information on what you are seeing. This is an issue on Bloodfin atm with vendors acting wonky, along with a few other random reports. I've passed along what info you have already supplied.

You know, after I posted this, I went back on and asked some people, and they said that all vendors were acting weird. I am on Radiant server btw, my vendor is outside of Theed, on Naboo. I don't have the exact location tho. Just SW of Theed.

I'm gonna go back on and see if things are fixed. If they aren't, I'll bug it. But that's pretty much all the info I have Drashk. I just click the "Use Vendor" from the radial menu, and it says "This market is unavailable". When I check status, it says that the vendor is funtioning properly, and I have about 12 days worth of maintenance paid for. The vendor is initialized, and I did have I'd say anywhere between 8 - 12 droids for sale on my vendor, but also when I check the status it says that there were -1 items available on the vendor.

I'm sure it was just part of the global glitch. I hope it was, cuz I don't want to be screwed out of all the time, resources, and potential money used on these droids.

Kinda ironic that this happens on the day that I get my first bazaar sale of more than 3k...

But if there's anymore problems, I'll come back and let you know. Thanks for the replies.

Hey, thanks Drashk, but I think it was just the server problem. I went on today and my vendor was just fine, and I put some more droids up for sale on it.

Ya, one of the CSRs that posts in the Correspondents forum was helping to track this one down. It looks like there are a couple of localized issues that are happening on a per server basis. Things should be up and running correctly now, at least with the vendor issues.
