I don't see any options for experimentation on the Flight Computers and the Command Mods... Is this a bug?

I wish they would make most of the components this way since they component quality doesnt seem to matter in the final assembly. For that matter they should remove experimentation on any of the items that do not effect the final assembly. That or make it so quality/experimentation affects the final assembly.
