It looks like Live will see some of the ground game changes in tomorrows patch and we may see a lift to the NDA as well. There have been a few changes here and there in our profession, which you can currently see on one of the TC clones, that will effect us in some way. I've got a list of changes that I'll release tomorrow morning, unless someone beats me to the punch.
I just wanted to take the time to give everyone a heads up on what was on the way and request that everyone try keep an eye out for any odd behavior, over the next few days (weeks). The faster we can find any Ground Game Regression issues, and report them, the faster we are likely to see a hotfix.
For those that have had the chance to participate in JtL Beta, and have taken an active role in nailing down Droid specific issue, I would like to extend my deep apperication for all of the work that you have contributed. I just wanted to let everyone know howgood it is to be given the chance to represent such a great, and vocalcommunity. This extends to everyone that has been apart of our community over the last 16+ months.
It is an honor to be your Droid Engineer Correspondent.
Ok, so enough with the flowery statements....
Thanks for the help everyone!

The irony is....
I'm in Beta, yet this will all be new news to me
Note to self: more building, less flying

TC was converted to Beta code, which is why there aren't any TC patch notes on the Live forums.
Todays download consists of pre-JtL code which should include some of the Ground Gameadditions as well as the new Emotes.
The Patch notes might take a bit to post, since there is more then likely a lot of information that needs to be sifted through.
Once Live comes back up, I'll make a post on the DE specific items that have been added/changed, depending on what I am able to pick out and if the NDA is pulled. I already have a post ready to go.

hehe what i was getting at is the amount of secrecy here, i got a beta acct and have seen many dev posts in the jtl sections of the forums...ok that makes sense, they made beta/TC somewhat together so that is why there is no news on what the new publish is...normally you can goto the main swg site and select "in testing" to see what the next publish will be. thanks for the heads up.

I couldnt move 2 feet without the question "can you make me a droid?", dont get me wrong i wouldnt mind it in live i could use the cash
. i got my invite late i think 3 weeks ago and havn't played this last week, and couldn't get any flying done till i removed my title. i could of done more flying i just hate being anti-social, i helped anybody and every body that had a droid related question.

Having logged in, can I assume you mean the new schematics such as the flight computers in my datapad?

Yeah, I jsut logged in and we now have "new stuff". We can now make this "new stuff", but the devs have restated the fact today that the NDA is not yet lifted, can we start to tell customers and other DE's who weren't in beta what this "new stuff" is all about?

Anything that is showing up on a live server is obviuosly not covered under an NDA.I would say you can discuss the new schematics...but probably not what they're used for.

I've got a post ready to go, to give a brief overview of everything. I'm just waiting on TH to clear it. Hopefully it should be posted soon.
