When I picked up my new R3 with the Publish 8 standards, it had 20% resists initially. When I pulled it again, it was at 40%.
Was it ever determined what it really is? 20% or 40%?

I think it's 20%
Another question on armor :
Level 1,2,3 armor are supposed to be light and 4,5,6 medium,
but on the final droid it say no armor rating.
From my test 2 level 3 armor does a 20% armor, so does it worth it to make level 4?

the medium/light armor has been removed, the way its supposed to work now is you should be able to either use one level 6 module or 2 lower level modules (highly experimented lvl 3's should do it) to reach the cap (20% AR0).
