I have a Novice ranger account. I noticed that when I use my harvest droid to harvest a creature that normally gives me 1800+ scouting XP, I only get 1000 XP. Is this XP cap a bug or is it intended?

I will definitely be harvesting manually until this is fixed or until I reach master.

Conditions:

Droid Rating 87
I was grouped.
Creature was an Enraged Bull Rancor.

Scouting XP using droid: 1000
Scouting XP normal harvest:1850

Groovycool, what is your current creature harvest number now? You may have exceeded your droid rating.

At the time my Harvesting skill was +75. How does the droid rating relate to Scouting XP? I thought it only affected the number of hides/meat/bones that are harvested by the droid?

Sure I want more hides, but not at the expense of XP.

I am not concerned about the Harvest amount. It's the lower SCOUTING XP. Is this a bug or not?

My understanding was that the reduced XP was intentional.

I guess I won't use the droid until I hit master.

If you look at the droid in your data pad, it should list a Harvesting Bonus. If the number is higher than your harvesting bonus, it will get more than you. If it is less than your harvesting bonus, it will get less.

You can also see this Bonus on the droid deed in the vendor. In my droid description I advice my customers to check their bonus vs the droids and buy accordingly since I sell harvester droids with anywhere from 1 to 5 harvester modules installed.

Speaking of thisI can't figure out how to get my DZ-70 to fight or harvest. Anybody wanna help me???? Also it says it's a traker for the record. Thx.
