I want to change the name of my droid, but i want ot do it within a macro. I know you change the name by using it when you command it using the name.
would the following macro change the name of a droid to xyz
/tellpet xyz follow;
/tellpet xyz follow;
/tellpet xyz follow;
if not is there a way to do it without hte use of the radial?

read it before, but it doesn't answer my question. or at least i ddin't see an answer in there
I want to program it WITHOUT the use of the program radial. The link only talks about using the program radial first, and I want to skip that step.

No, you can't do it - Youneed the droid to be in programming state for it to look at what you say with consideration to its name. In other words, a /tellpet is just saying stuff to the droid, but it only gets its name while youare _programming_ it -- which you can't trigger from a macro, afaik.
