Hello all. I need help. I am semi new to the droid profession so i have some questions.I have a mouse droid with the structure mod and i cannot use it .. what is the problem.. 2--i know i have the advanced droid motive system, but it doesnt show up on my schematice. 3. I need a general pricing guide for droids.. I have expert blueprint and have been selling some droids.. but i dont want to undercut the rest of the de. 4. I have ran myself broke trying to get exp for the droid prof..but i still enjoy making droid for people..so i would like to supplement that for my money and exp. 5. where is a good place to look so i can see the modules and what really they are for.. like i have advace probot frame, but the probot doesnt call for it to make on. 6. vendor question--how do i register my place of business on the map so all can see. repond if you can.. and all information is appriciated.. i have alot more questions but that is all for now.. and yes i look at the boards so i will get what i can here.. thank

Yeack, big list. Here goes somethin'...

1) Maint mod seems to be broken, if I'm not mistaken, but I actually haven't tried one out yet. *shame*

2) Ya got me, partner.

3) [cliche]It really depends on the server.[/cliche] Just go around your local area and see what other DE's are charging. Personally, I charge 10 - 22 cpu, depending on the skillbox needed for the schem.

4) Not quite sure what you're asking here. Are you having a resource shortage problem? Or a money problem? If it's both, I'd say build yourself a set of good mineral and chem harvesters, six and three respectively, assuming you have enough Artisan boxes to get them up to BER4.

5) swgcraft.com for the older stuff, stickies on this forum for the new mods. Adv. probot frames are used in the Adv. probot.

6) You need Advertising III from the Merchant tree.

Structure mods were busted during the hotfix on day 2 of the Publish. They are supposedly working on them now. We shall see.

Make sure you are at a private crafting station. This schematic won't show up if you arent. I found that out the hard way when I was grindinig.

There are a couple of really nice pricinig calculators that people have made. They should be in the sticky list at the top or you can use the advanced search options to find hem. Remember that you also have to take into account how rare the resources you are using are, what cost you have in acquiring them and how many DE you are in the market with.

A good side job that I found was doing resources, since we have so much stuff to mine anyway. It is just a natural extension of what we do, in my humble opinion.

Check the Publish 8 Hot Topics list TK has stickied above. There are some real nice guides that you can cut and past into emails for everyone. They work great!

You register your vendor by bringing up the Radial Menu for that vendor. You will need the top box of the farthest left skill tree in Merchant to make that happen though (sorry at work so can't check). If you dont have that merchant skill, you cannot register your merchant. Remember that registering also increases the amount of maintenance the vendor will consume.

3. Server Specific . . . go shopping for a day

4. Cash comes to those who work..so its either missions or resources for a while it seems

Can you point me to one?

I've checked the stickied threads, there is a link to a pricing guide but the link is broken, you get a geocities "can't access this" type page.
